Frank Putnam Goudge was born on 25 September 1910 at Parkes, New South Wales.1 He was the son of Frank P. Goudge and Margaret Ann Olliver.1
Frank Putnam Goudge married Effie Thompson Ashfield at Manilla on Wednesday, 23 December 1942 at the Sydney suburb of Ashfield. They were 32 and 32 respectively.1
Frank died on 3 June 1995 at Sydney at age 84.1 He was buried on 6 June 1995 at at Northern Suburbs crematorium in the Sydney suburb of Chatswood.1
