Reginald John Hunter was born circa 1893 at Brewarrina, New South Wales.1 He was the son of John Hunter and Hughena Grace Sutherland.1 Reginald lived circa 1910 at at 71 Union Street in the Sydney suburb of Paddington.2 He was a linesman circa 1910.2 He and Hector Norman Hunter left Sydney on the 'Ceramic' with the AIF on 15 June 1915.2 Reginald John Hunter he was a Lieutenant in 1918.2
Reginald died on 5 June 1918 at Villiers-Bretonneux, France, in the Great War.1,2
