Charles Berjew Brooke was born on 7 March 1895 at Brantham, Suffolk.1 He was the son of Charles Berjew Brooke and Maud Gwenddolen (?)1 Charles Berjew Brooke was also known as Captain Charles Berjew Brooke D.S.O.2

Charles died on 1 July 1916 at Montauban, Somme, France, at age 21.1
