Lucindia was born on Sunday, 13 August 1876 at the tin mining town of Tingha, New South Wales.3 She was the daughter of Anthony Gorman and Bridget Therese Bourke.1 Lucindia Gorman was also known as Lucy.1
Lucindia died on 9 May 1889 at Hospital for the Insane, in Newcastle, New South Wales, at age 12.1,2 Her body was interred on 11 May 1889 at the Sydney suburb of Waverley.3
