Donald was born on Tuesday, 19 March 1929 at Moliagul, Victoria.1 He was the son of Samuel George Brooker and Alice Eleanor Mary Oaten.
Donald died on 25 May 1940 at Kilmore, Victoria, at age 11.1 He presumably lived with his parents at at 17 Haig Street in the Melbourne suburb of Preston in 1942.2
