Frederick was born on Thursday, 13 October 1870 at Forbes, New South Wales. This first child of Susannah's, born when she was 20, was illegitimate - the father's name was not stated on the birth certificate. Her mother Margaret was present at the birth..1 He was the son of Susannah Alletta Nicholson.
It isn't known what became of Frederick; it doesn't seem like he was included in Susannah's family when she married.
